Hurunui District Council Legal Services – Request for proposal

The Hurunui District Council invites proposals from experienced law firms interested in delivering its legal services. 

The Council requires a single law firm with significant experience in advising local government entities, particularly those with substantial resource management needs.

The term of the appointment will be three years with the option to renew for two further terms of three years each (at the Council’s discretion). The initial term will commence from 1 April 2010.
 
The Request for Proposal document sets out the details of Council’s requirements for legal services, how to submit a proposal, the evaluation process and timelines.
