Fees and Charges

The Fees and Charges are reviewed every year on the 1st of July.

NOTE: in addition to the fees and charges outlined in the following schedule, the Council has a development contributions policy contained in the Hurunui Community Plan. This policy stipulates that in the case of the provision of infrastructure relating to growth, development levies may also be required to be paid at the time of:

• Granting of a resource consent
• Granting of a building resource consent
• Connection to a service 1
