Proposed Plan Change 13 – Amberley
Proposed Plan Change 13 is to provide for the future growth and development of Amberley Township through introducing a new Objective, Policies and Rules specific to Amberley Township. An enlarged business zone on the eastern side of SH1 is proposed to be re-zoned. Possible areas for potential future residential and industrial development are also identified in the plan change. The merits of residential or industrial zoning on the areas identified as potential future residential or industrial development will be considered once the full potential effects on the environment are understood.
