Operative Plan Change 14 - Hanmer Springs

Plan Change 14 became operative on 17 August 2009.

Plan Change 14:

  1. Extends the Hanmer Springs Management Area to the west, up to the line of the Chatterton River stopbank and its approved extension toward the western boundary of Lot 1 DP351105 (CT 209487)
  2. Include this land in an extended Urban Management Area zoned Residential (River Edge) on Map H - Hanmer Springs

Hearings panel's recommendations

The Council adopted the hearings panel's recommendations as its decision on 28 May 2009.  As a result the proposed change has been amended from that which was notified.  The decision is open to appeal for 30 working days from notification.
