Proposed Plan Change 14 - Hanmer Springs
The Hurunui District Council has accepted a request for a private plan change to the Hurunui District Plan from J & H Beattie of 68 Rippingale Road, Hanmer Springs.
Proposed Private Plan Change 14 seeks to:
- Extend the Hanmer Springs Management Area to the west, up to the line of the Chatterton River stopbank and its approved extension toward the western boundary of Lot 1 DP351105 (CT 209487)

Include this land in an extended Urban Management Area to be zoned Residential F (Map H)

Anyone may make a written submission in support of, or in opposition to any of the submissions received. Submissions must be in writing and in the prescribed form (Form 6) in the Resource Management (Forms) Regulations 1991 or similar. Forms are also available from the Council Offices listed below.
Further submissions must be sent to Hurunui District Council, P O Box 13, Amberley 7441 or submission@hurunui.govt.nz.
A copy of your submission must also be sent to the original submitter within 5 working days of lodging your submission with the Council.
The closing date for further submissions is Monday 8 September 2008 at 5.00pm.
All the submissions will be available for public inspection and will then be considered. Hearings will be held for anyone who wishes to speak in support of their submission.
