Alcohol Licensing - Rodger and Nola Strong
SALE AND SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ACT 2012
The Partnership of Rodger Edmond and Nola Ann Strong has made application to the District Licensing Committee at Amberley for the renewal of the On and Off Licences in respect of the premises situated at 1224 Karaka Road, Hurunui, Hurunui District, Hurunui district known as the Historic Hurunui Hotel.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Hotel with accomodation.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licences are:
On-Licence: Monday to Sunday from 8.00am to 1.00am the following day, and
Monday to Sunday from 8.00am to 12.00 midnight for outdoor areas
Off-Licence: Monday to Sunday from 8.00am to 11.00pm
The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours (by appointment) at the office of the Hurunui District Licensing Committee currently situated at 111 Carters Road, Amberley.
Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the granting of the applications may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Hurunui District Licensing Committee, P O Box 13, AMBERLEY.
No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
