Proposed Hanmer Springs and Gore Bay Liquor Ban Bylaw 2011
The Hurunui District Council has reviewed the bylaw that imposes a liquor ban in the Hanmer Springs and Gore Bay townships on New Year’s Eve.
The Statement of Proposal (which includes the proposed Hanmer Springs and Gore Bay Liquor Ban Bylaw 2011) may be inspected at any Council office, library or service centre and at www.hurunui.govt.nz.
Submissions on the proposal can be made:
- By email to: submission@hurunui.govt.nz; or
- Via our website: www.hurunui.govt.nz; or
- By letter to: “Proposed Hanmer Springs and Gore Bay Liquor Ban Bylaw 2011”, PO Box 13, Amberley 7441; or
- By completing a submission form held at any Council office, library or service centre.
Submissions close at 5.00pm on Monday 19 September 2011.
