Hurunui District Council 2016 Revaluation - Valuation Rolls

From 31 October 2016 onward, property owners were sent the notice of new values as part of the process for the District Revaluation.

The process provides for property owners to object if they do not believe that the assess value is the true value of the property.

The objection process does end on 9 December 2016. Given the circumstances, Council and QV will accept late objections from property owners in the earthquake affected areas.

You can view a copy of the district valuation rolls online now.
