What do you hope to achieve while on HYC this year? While on HYC this year, I hope to organize some really fun, popular events that will make people remember the name Hurunui Youth Council. I also want to make a change that I can physically see and I hope to one day bring my family here and show them the change and be able to say to them "I did that with an amazing group of people."
What did you want to be when you were younger? When I was 4 years old, I decided that I wanted to do something that would help people and the first thing that little me thought of was a doctor. Ever since then, I have had my heart set on becoming a doctor and helping as many people as I can. I know I will have to work really hard but I fully believe that I can do it if I try. That's my dream and I would love for it to come true.
I hope you are all as excited as I am for this year and I can promise you this, great things are coming!
