Council are declaring the portion of Jamesons Road that dissects 461 Constitution Road in Culverden, Hurunui District as stopped. There were no objections received within the specified time scale to the proposal previously advertised as required.

The land with the legal status of road will be changed to freehold title. The portion of road will be sold to the adjoining landowner.
