As we present this year’s annual plan, it’s in a time that continues to test the resilience and adaptability of our communities.
Across the district, we are navigating rising costs, ongoing infrastructure demands and the broader uncertainties shaping both our national and global environment.
This draft reflects a careful balance, which continues to focus on maintaining essential services and progressing key infrastructure, while being mindful of the very real financial pressures facing households and businesses.
