Snap, Send, Solve
Snap, Send, Solve is the quick and easy way to report problems and issues. There are two ways of using Snap, Send, Solve, either as an app on your smart phone or as a web page in your browser.
Using the service
There are just four simple steps:
- Take a picture of the issue (this is optional)
- Confirm the location of the issue
- Select the type of issue
(Snap, Send, Solve uses the location and type of issue to send the report to the correct authority).
- Fill out the details on the form and press “Submit”.
That’s it. We will get onto the issue and let you know what we have done.
PLEASE NOTE: Snap, Send, Solve submissions are monitored by Council Staff during the work week and during work hours only. If the matter is after-hours and requires urgent attention please call 03 314 8816 to report the issue.
