Aqua Jogging
Aqua jogging (or water running) is for everyone – it’s a proven method of exercise that is low impact on your joints and muscles and is very effective due to the water resistance. It is a good option for all ages and levels of fitness
It is a deep water work out with the aid of a flotation belt that requires no swimming skills – although a certain level of water confidence is required as you are in deep water (2.1m deep).
Our flotation belts are available for you to use, or you can bring your own. Belts help you maintain an upright position and support you in the water. Just by jogging or walking regularly you will see benefits to your health, fitness level and it can also help with therapy and rehabilitation and can help improve aerobic fitness and running technique in a non-weight bearing environment.
