Water shut downs
Kaiwara Rural Water Supply Outage

A fault on the main water pump supplying the Kaiwara Rural water scheme has caused an outage affecting the whole scheme. We currently have staff onsite working on the repair and this includes replacing the faulty pump. The water outage is expected to last the whole day.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you in advance for you patience and understanding as the team works hard to restore your water supply.
From time to time, with little or no notice, a water scheme needs to be shut down for a short period of time. This occurs for a variety of reasons, for example:
- Pipe failure
- Mechanical failure
Our Utilities staff work around the clock where there is a need, to ensure that a continuous flow is maintained to your property.
Any leaks or water faults can be reported by any of the following means:
